    The 10th edition of the International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV) was organized from March 7-9, 2017 followed by a Doctoral Colloquium on March 10, 2017 at The Ashok, New Delhi.     On the occasion of the 126th Ambedkar Jayanti, Shri. Narendra Modi visited Nagpur to pay his tributes to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and vowed to fulfil the latter’s dream of an inclusive India.
